Smart-Mute
The Smart-Mute is the lastest add-on for V1™ radar detector.
It will mute the CD palyer or other media player upon detection of a speed-trap.
The Smart-Mute will give you 4 seconds of complete silence in the car allowing you to hear the V1™ alert and respond.
If you have a Blinder laser jammer or Laser-Protector you can also connect them to the Smart-Mute.
If your V1™ is turned of while driving it will also mute the CD player for 4 seconds to remind you that you are not protected.
Installation:
The Smart-Mute is connected to V1's direct power adaptor ACC jack.
If you know where your direct power adaptor is located and you know how to locate the Mute input line of the CD player, you need only 15 min. to install it.
